個人簡介

王(wang)雷,男,1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月生(sheng),山東濰坊人,博(bo)士,副教授。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)本科(ke)畢業于(yu)萊陽(yang)澳洲5號開獎查詢(xun),2015年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)博(bo)士畢業于(yu)南京農業大學(xue)食品科(ke)學(xue)與(yu)(yu)工程專業,主持或參與(yu)(yu)國家(jia)自然科(ke)學(xue)基金(jin)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)基金(jin)、面(mian)上基金(jin)、山東省高(gao)等(deng)(deng)學(xue)校科(ke)技計劃項目、澳洲5號人才引進基金(jin)項目等(deng)(deng)6項,發表論(lun)文(wen)10余篇,第一作者被SCI、EI收(shou)錄6篇;參與(yu)(yu)獲(huo)得江蘇省科(ke)技進步三(san)等(deng)(deng)獎一項。


教學工作

承(cheng)擔食品(pin)(pin)科(ke)學(xue)與工(gong)程專業的本(ben)科(ke)生(sheng)教學(xue)工(gong)作(zuo),《食品(pin)(pin)微(wei)生(sheng)物》、《園藝(yi)產品(pin)(pin)貯藏加工(gong)學(xue)》、《食品(pin)(pin)發酵工(gong)藝(yi)學(xue)》、《果蔬貯藏運(yun)銷學(xue)》等。
